FAQs

  • Is Gen Missions Non-Profit

Yes, Generational Missions works under the umbrella of IHS ministries, which is a 501(c) (3) organization. We have been very fortunate to piggyback off of the work that they have already been doing.

  • Can I use a donation as a tax write off?

Of course! All gifts to Generational Missions are deductible as charitable contributions for federal and state income tax purposes. Hooray!

  • Will trips ever become available?

Considering that we jump-started this company in the middle of a pandemic, we haven’t had the opportunity to work through the logistics of publicly available missions teams, however, once this whole thing ends we will most definitely be exploring our options!

  • How do I know my money is safe?

All donations made are processed through Donorbox and then by Stripe, both of which are verified by the IRS, and once it is processed it ends up in our business account. It is then strategically split between different projects. We are all cogs in a larger machine that is the work of God.

  • Is there a way to donate other than monetarily?

Absolutely! There are a couple of options. Firstly, we need prayer, and so do our partners. Having a community of prayer warriors is immeasurably important to us as we try to follow what has been put before us. Also, you can donate items such as toys, books, clothes, etc. by sending them to
